My name is Erica Brown, and I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. I joined LeafSpring School in 2024 as an Enrollment Specialist and now proudly serve as the Director of Campus Programs. I bring several years of experience in Early Childhood Education, including my work with PreK4SA and most recently as the director of another respected local program. I am passionate about creating nurturing, high-quality learning environments for the children and families we proudly serve. A lover of animals and all things crafty, I feel right at home alongside our littlest learners. I am excited to share my knowledge, leadership, and dedication with the LeafSpring community.
